Over the course of a year I was involved in redesigning a section of my firm’s corporate site to attract graduates to our 2012 incoming associates program. The main goal was to promote established lawyers from a range of backgrounds and tell their stories. We did this with extensive photoshoots at the different offices and worked with writers to interview those we featured to tell their story in a brief but compelling snippet. That section of the site became the backbone of the recruiting materials created thereafter.
